Character Age: 11, her first year at Hogwarts.
Character Blood: Half-blood
Character Appearance: Shoulder length, wavy black hair, midnight blue eyes. Small nose, full mouth, slim body. Average height for her age. Usually wears blue jeans and blouses, and her school robes when at Hogwarts. She consider's herself fashionable. Likes to where bands in her hair.
Basically this (Except younger):
Character Attitude: Cora is really easy going. She's usually very accepting of anyone and hates seeing anyone being treated unfairly. She studies hard and earns good grades. Likes watching Quidditch, but would never want to play it herself. Tries not to get into any trouble, but that doesn't always work out.
Character House: Hufflepuff
Character Wand: Mahogony with Phoenix feather core.
Other info: Has a sleek, silvery furred cat named Artemis, after the goddess of the moon. Cora excells at transfiguration and would like to be an animagus.
History: Cora's father was a wizard who attended hogwarts, a hufflepuff. He lived in London afterwards and met a muggle, whom he soon married. His wife took to the wizarding world with ease, and was happy that their daughter would be attending hogwarts like her father. They recieved an Owl one evening at dinner. The barn owl alighted before Cora and promptly held out a skinny leg, attached to witch was the letter of admission. Soon, her father will be taking her to Diagon Alley to purchase all she will need for her first year.
RP sample: "Allright now, miss, give the wand a wave and see how it fits." Cora nodded. Hefting said wand, she flicked her wrist. Nothing happened. Feeling frustrated, for she had been wand shopping for an hour now, she flicked her wrist with more force. A purple beam shot from the tip, struck a tophat, and turned it into a scarf. Triumphant, Cora smiled widely and looked up at the store clerck of Ollivanders wand shop.
"Excellent! I think this is the perfect fit, missy. Mahogony with a core of Phoenix feather. Good for transfiguration, as you can see."
"Well done, Cora." Her father said from behind her. Beaming, Cora turned to him and held out her wand. "What is your wand?" She asked, although she already new.
"Willow and dragon heart-string."
"This way please." Said the clerck, gesturing them towards the counter. With a light heart, Cora strode to the counter and handed over her wand. The clerck placed it gently in a box inlaid with satin, then tied a purple ribon around it. Handing him the desired amount of coins, Cora and her father left Ollivanders and made their way towards a shop displaying Owls.
