Character Appearance: Long, straight blond hair. Blue-green eyes. 5'9. Has her ears pierced twice in the lobe. Always keeps diamond earrings in the second hole.
Character Attitude: Kind and gentle. Shy, but when she gets a friendship going she'll probably be the one who brings up the idea of pranking someone. Is especially uncomfortable around boys.

History: She went to Muggle school as well. Her parents said they wanted her fully educated so that she could blend in. She received her letter from Hogwarts and left her muggle friends behind. Her parents had gone to school before her and knew exactly what to do. She used the rest of her summer to read her spell books. She already knew quite a few spells but not some of these. She packed up her trunk early on September first. It was twelve days until her 11th birthday. She was a little nervous at first but when she reached the King's Cross the nervousness vanished into excitement.

Selana entered platform 9 and three quarters. She looked around there was noise everywhere. Owls hooting, carriers rattling, the buzz of voices. She wanted to get a good seat, so after a tearful goodbye, she climbed onto the Hogwarts express. She found an empty compartment and sat down. This was one of the compartments that had a window into another. Two boys sat down in the other. Both had black hair. One had glasses and the other lounged back in his seat. She saw them begin conversing. She saw a boy and girl come in and the boys began to argue. The girl led the boy away. They sat in the compartment behind her. One of the black-haired boys noticed her through the window and waved. Se blushed and waved tentatively back. He made a gesture for her to come sit in their compartment.
